02.09.2013: WG3: Detection of virus and virus-like pathogens in cherry and sour cherry

This meeting was held at Palacky University, Faculty of Science in Olomouc, Czech Republic and was organized by Prof. Joseph Spak. The topics covered by this meeting were : Next generation sequencing, molecular detection, PCR, research cooperation of European laboratories in this field. This meeting was held one day before the opening at Olomouc of the 2nd International Symposium on Plum Pox Virus (http://isppv2013.upol.cz/site/), held from the 3rd to the 6th of September, which allowed us to invite some of the most renowned virologists working on Prunus viruses.

See details of the meeting ‘SGM program’ and ‘Minutes SGM Olomouc
